“This Whole Team Is Fraudulent”: NFL Fans Left Unimpressed As Lamar Jackson’s Teammate Compares QB to $1.3B Worth NBA Star

The third Thanksgiving Day game of the NFL saw the Baltimore Ravens lose to the Cincinnati Bengals 14-32 in an absolute demolition job for the home side in Maryland.

Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has had an off-color run of games, and the Thanksgiving fixture wasn’t any different.

However, Jackson’s teammate Kyle Hamilton didn’t hesitate in defending his quarterback, as the 24-year-old center commented on Jackson’s performance, saying how everyone has an off night while comparing Jackson to LeBron James, who is worth $1.3 billion as per Forbes.

“Even LeBron has an off night”, Hamilton stated.

Hamilton’s statement got a lot of fans to react on X, writing:

“LeBron has won things. This whole team is fraudulent”, wrote a fan.

“I don’t think LeBron ever shit his pants against a historically bad defense “, stated a fan.

“He did not just compare him to one of the greatest ball handler…bro”, said a fan

“lamar ain’t bron respectfully”, remarked a fan.

“This man has been having an off night now for several games, Kyle. Not just tonight. He hasn’t looked like Lamar for a while now,” commented a fan.

“Lmfao his QB doesn’t have a TD in 3 games and he’s talking about an “an off night”, stated another fan.

” “Off night” when this has happened 4 consecutive weeks, with Lamar having 56% comp, 1 TD and 5 turnovers”, wrote another fan.

“Defense wins championships, but even the defense couldn’t save Lamar”, commented another fan.

Jackson, a two-time NFL MVP, only managed 246 yards and a 53.1% pass completion rate, which included one interception, three turnovers, and two fumbles throughout the game.

Lamar Jackson Takes Full Accountability Despite Injuries

Jackson’s recent dip in form, as pointed out by a lot of fans, could possibly be attributed to his recent run of injuries. The Ravens’ quarterback has reportedly suffered an ankle and toe injury, whilst also having knee soreness over the last three weeks or so.

However, Jackson has taken accountability for his performances with no excuses, highlighting that he needs to be more consistent throughout.

“No, I just got to be more consistent. I got to make those throws. I don’t miss them in practice, so I shouldn’t be missing them in the game”, Jackson stated.

In the 2025 season so far, Jackson has played 9 games with 147 completions on 227 pass attempts with a total of 1,841 passing yards.

He has also thrown 15 touchdowns and 4 interceptions with a completion percentage of 64.8%.
