Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins were part of the Thursday Night Football in a game against the Baltimore Ravens. Unfortunately for them, it did not go well. The season has been poor for the Dolphins, and it continued to be a disappointment for their fans as the Dolphins lost 28-6 as QB Lamar Jackson returned to the lineup for the Ravens.
Fans have grown frustrated with Tagovailoa as they have grown to believe he is one of the main factors holding the team back. Many fans believe he is lacking as both a leader and passer, and this was only added to when a video of his pregame speech was posted on X. One fan called into question his motivational skills

This led to a big reaction from fans as others expressed similar opinions.
“I can’t even listen to it bcuz of the second hand embarrassment I know is going to follow BUT I’m here for the comments,” one fan wrote
“He couldnt sell me water in the Sahara Desert,” one fan commented.
“He couldn’t motivate a crackhead to do crack,” one fan added.
Fans continued to react on X.
“It’s actually so bad that it would motivate a sober person to drink,” one fan wrote.
“My 11 year old son heard him say 4 hours and said ‘dad he needs to be in that elementary math class that they highlighted before the game started,'” one fan commented.
“He couldn’t motivate me to drink coffee with this speech ( and I am a coffee lover!),” one fan added.
Lamar Jackson Shines in His Return as Baltimore Defeats Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins
The big story of this game was not another loss for Tua Tagovailoa and the Miami Dolphins. Instead, it was the return of Lamar Jackson, who made his first appearance in an NFL game since Sept. 28. It was a quieter game for the superstar QB, as RB Derrick Henry was able to do a lot of work for the team on the ground.
However, Jackson still put together a strong performance. He was nearly perfect as a passer, completing 18 of 23 passing attempts for 204 yards and four TDs. He did not use his legs as much, only rushing five times for 14 yards, but it was not necessary as the Ravens dominated the Dolphins.
