Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving last played for the team on Sept. 28. He has been out with foot and shoulder injuries ever since. His injuries have proved to be more serious than initially anticipated. Now it appears that he could be set to miss Week 10, with no return date in sight.
Latest Updates on Bucky Irving
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have remained optimistic that he will return soon for several weeks. However, his recovery has not progressed as they had hoped. Irving was not at practice again on Thursday, possibly indicating that he will not be available on Sunday against the New England Patriots.
Much the same at Bucs practice — Luke Goedeke looks to be without any limitations, but still no Chris Godwin, Bucky Irving or Haason Reddick. Reasonable to think those three are all out for Sunday. pic.twitter.com/9vhOEP1v1g

Will Bucky Irving Play in Week 10
According to the report from Greg Auman, Bucky Irving was not at practice on Thursday. As a result, he wrote that he does not believe he will be available on Sunday. Fans and fantasy owners are still waiting for an official comment from the team. However, if he is not at practice again on Friday, it is hard to imagine that he will be available for the Bucs on Sunday.
Fantasy Outlook for Bucky Irving: Should You Sit or Start Him?
As things stand heading into Week 10, there is no reason to start Bucky Irving. He has not practiced with the team, and as a result, it is unlikely that he will be in the lineup. Even on the off-chance he plays, he likely will not be at full capacity. If he were fully healthy, he would be practicing, so even if he plays, fantasy owners will not get Irving at his best.
Irving’s outlook for the rest of the season is not good. He is dealing with two injuries, both of which could impact his playing ability. Irving was also not playing at a superstar level before his injuries. He has 71 carries for 237 yards in four games this season. So, we recommend finding a replacement on the waiver wire.
