“Should Be Selling Insurance”: Browns Fans Lose It After Shedeur Sanders Early Interception in Week 17 vs. Steelers

Shedeur Sanders’ Cleveland Browns are now playing to not have the worst record in the league this season. That would be the primary objective for them in today’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Steelers, on the other hand, have an opportunity to secure a playoff spot after this game. Win or draw, the 9-6 team will qualify for the playoffs. The Browns, currently at 3-12, will become the third team with 13 losses if they lose today.

It’s an undesirable position to be in, and their rookie quarterback, Shedeur Sanders, isn’t doing much so far to keep them from it. Sanders threw an interception early in the game against the Steelers, and the fans are in an unforgiving mode.

“Shedeur Sanders should be selling insurance. Awful QB,” a fan wrote.

“Shedeur Sanders’ o line should be arrested for crimes against humanity,” a fan wrote.

“Shedeur Sanders is awful man,” a fan wrote.

“One of the things I did not expect was for Shedeur Sanders to be looking like Drake May versus the Jets defense against the Steelers. Meanwhile, Aaron Rodgers hasn’t even crossed 50 yards yet,” a fan wrote.

“Damn near every int Shedeur Sanders throws it’s always tipped and luckily grabbed by the defender lmao. I watch QBs get passes tipped all the time and they rarely get intercepted,” a fan wrote.

Not everyone is against Sanders. One fan outlined how he has been great so far this season and is making his presence felt again during the Steelers game.

“Every time I see Shedeur Sanders play, I am more convinced that the Browns and Kevin Stefanski need to be investigated for starting Dillon Gabriel,” a fan wrote.

At halftime, the Browns were leading 10-6, and Sanders was 12 of 17 for 164 yards with a touchdown and one interception.

In the first half of Sanders’ rookie season, he wasn’t getting playtime. He had a good preseason run, which made fans believe that he’d be a part of the rotation when the season started, but that wasn’t the case.

After the first few games, fans started noticing that Sanders was getting constantly sidelined, without even getting a chance to prove himself. That led to a widespread rumor about Coach Prime having issues with Kevin Stefanski.

Recently, when Deion Sanders visited the Browns’ training facility, he was seen talking to his son and the Browns’ head coach. That put all speculations to rest, and now we’re seeing Sanders start for the franchise in every game.
