Why You Should Not Start A.J. Brown
The biggest reason to sit A.J. Brown is the Buffalo Bills’ defense. The team has the second-best passing defense in the NFL, which means it has the second-best receiving defense. Buffalo’s defensive weakness is its rushing defense, strongly encouraging the Eagles to stay away from Brown.
The weather is also unlikely to help, with rain all but guaranteed for the contest, according to Accuweather.
The other question is Jalen Hurts, who has struggled against winning teams since returning from the bye in Week 9. Hurts earned just 1.9 points against the Los Angeles Chargers, which was the last time he faced a stiff defense. Brown also missed practice this week due to his wisdom teeth removal. As such, his chemistry with Hurts could be off.
The Eagles also have little to play for, with the division wrapped up and the No. 1 seed out of reach. If things get hairy, Nick Sirianni could pull Hurts at any moment, which could take Brown along with him.
Why You Should Start A.J. Brown
A.J. Brown has earned at least 95 yards in four of his last five games, including three touchdowns. In that time, there have been many reasons to talk oneself into not starting the receiver, but in the end, he has produced.

The number of reasons not to start Brown towers over the number of reasons to start him. Even if he overcomes one or two obstacles, Brown could succumb to other reasons.
