College basketball fans have reacted to coach Bruce Pearl’s post-game celebrations after leading Auburn to their second Championship in four years after beating the Kentucky Wildcats 94-78 at Rupp Arena on Saturday, March 1.
The Tigers have been sublime this season, and they were quite upbeat about winning away from home, especially since it was only their first win at Rupp since 1988.

How Good Have the Tigers Been?
Auburn has been brilliant this season. Their win at Kentucky took them to an impressive 27-2 overall and 15-1 in the SEC. In fact, they are now 16-1 in Quadrant 1 with no additional losses.
As it stands, even if they lose their next two regular-season games against the Texas A&M Aggies and the Alabama Crimson Tide, they would still be outright SEC champions and the number one seed for the SEC tournament.

“I love this place. Rupp Arena is hallowed ground, and we won our fifth championship here; we’re gonna call God,” he added in his postgame interview with SEC Network.
