Max Johnson’s girlfriend, Adrienne Davis, is enjoying life far away from North Carolina this summer. Davis posted a series of pictures of her trip to the Windy City on her story this Thursday night. The highlight of her day was definitely a brunch she had with half a dozen other girls in Chicago.
One of the pictures showed her bragging about her outfit and partnership with WindsorStore. WinsorStore is a women’s fashion clothing brand.
“Brunch with @windsorstore”
There aren’t specifics about when Adrienne Davis and Max Johnson started dating, although they started appearing in each other’s social media accounts in January 2024. Davis is an influencer with 143 thousand followers on Instagram and half a million on TikTok. She also runs a YouTube channel with her sisters, under the username @davissisters6504.
Johnson is currently at his third school in his collegiate career, having also spent time at LSU and Texas A&M. In 2021, he was a full-time starter for the LSU Tigers, leading them to a 6-6 overall record. Following Jayden Daniels’ arrival at Baton Rouge, he transferred into Texas A&M, where he only eight games across two seasons. He eventually transferred to North Carolina, but football was harsh with him once more, and he suffered a season-ending injury to his right leg in the season opener against Minnesota.

Bill Belichick on Max Johnson’s journey to prepare for the 2025 season at North Carolina
A potential chance for redemption is available for Max Johnson in 2025. The Tar Heels probably threw him a lifeline when they brought in legendary NFL coach Bill Belichick to be the program’s next head coach. Belichick famously coached and molded a then-unknown quarterback out of Michigan by the name of Tom Brady, helping him become arguably the greatest of all time.
Now he seems ready to take on the task of helping Max Johnson get back on track once more:
Max has worked hard. Max is making a lot of progress. He’s still limited, but he’s definitely getting better. And he’s taking it day by day. Nobody’s put in more work that he has,” Belichick said during his spring press conference
“We’ll see where that takes him, but he’s definitely making progress. So again, just the day-by-day process, if he has a good day, then he could do a little bit more next day. And if he has a good day, do a little bit more the day after that. And say it doesn’t move on quite as quickly, then we’ll slow it down until we can progress.”
North Carolina will start its season on September 1st against the TCU Horned Frogs. The game will start at 9 p.m. ET and will air on ESPN. TCU is a three-point favorite at the moment.
