All eyes are on Boulder this Friday as Coach Prime is prepping for the Colorado Buffaloes’ Pro Day. It’s an NFL Showcase with reps from all 32 NFL teams expected to show up. Deion Sanders will most likely have two first-rounders.
The two are none other than Shedeur Sanders and Travis Hunter. But Pro Day is not just about the stars. This time, the question bothering the Buffalo fandom is, will Shilo Sanders be there to join the show?

Amid Pro Day Pressure, Deion Sanders Adds Another Challenge for Shilo Sanders
Not so long ago, Well Off Media took to YouTube and posted a 19-minute video showing the behind-the-scenes moments before Pro-Day. In the video posted, Coach Prime tells Sanders Sanders about when he ran 4.2 “for breakfast.” Now, that’s not something that he has done just yet.
However, this Pro-Day could be the time for it. From the video on YouTube and an Instagram post from Deion Sanders, it is relatively straightforward that Sanders will be at the Colorado Pro Day.

This time, at Pro-Day, Sanders has more than just draft scouts to impress. He will be chasing a brand-new car. Yup, Coach Prime threw down a challenge on camera. If Sanders clocks a 4.4 in the 40-yard dash, Deion’s buying him a fresh set of wheels.
As Deion himself puts it, “You say 4.4? Mhm. Are you ready? 4.4 — I’ll buy you a new car.” Shilo Sanders has taken on the challenge. However, after that, Sanders also went on to have a little fun.
Sanders poked at his dad’s mystery 4.2 times back in the day by saying, “So look, there’s no video of you running it, so we’re just going to say…”Coach Prime didn’t flinch. “I don’t need video. All right, people were there.” While it is all in good fun, there’s a bit more weight behind the jokes and challenges this time.
After Mercedes Struggles, Shilo Sanders Might Just Need That Car After All
Sanders is not just looking at a late-round selection but also some financial breathing room. Something Deion Sanders might be well aware of, and hence, a car! So, what is the Mercedes issue all about?
Well, Sanders is stuck amid a messy legal battle with Mercedes-Benz. The safety is reportedly behind on his $6,877 monthly payments for a 2023 Benz, and the company now wants the car back. And it gets worse.
Sanders owes $97,239, more than the car’s trade-in value. Add that to the $11 million debt he’s trying to wipe clean through a bankruptcy case. This financial cloud stems from a years-long legal tangle with a former school security guard, who won a nearly $12 million judgment after a 2015 incident involving then-15-year-old Sanders.

Despite it all, Sanders now has his eyes on the NFL and the elusive 4.4 runs. Whether Sanders shows up this Friday or not is yet to be seen. But if he does show up and hits the 4.4, it will be a possible team selection and a car he will take home.
