After his playing career, Rob stayed involved in football and later served as a coach at Rabun County High School, where Gunner played.

Gunner’s mother, Sherrie Stockton, played college basketball at Erskine College. She later became a school counselor and has remained closely involved in supporting her children through demanding schedules.
While she has not frequently spoken to the media, Sherrie has been referenced in profiles as a steady presence in the family, particularly during Gunner’s development through high school and college.

Gunner Stockton has one sister, Georgia Stockton, who also competed in college. Georgia played basketball at Presbyterian College after a strong high school career. Following her playing days, she moved into the fitness and lifestyle space and later became an entrepreneur.
Georgia is the founder of a luxury planning company called SZN Planners. She has remained visible at Georgia games and has been publicly supportive of her brother’s career.
