Georgia Bulldogs Depth Chart

The Georgia Bulldogs football team represents the University of Georgia and competes in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) as a prominent member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They play their home games at Sanford Stadium, which has a seating capacity of 92,746 in Athens, Georgia. Established in 1892, the Bulldogs have built a rich history, boasting four national championships (1942, 1980, 2021, 2022) and 14 SEC titles.
Traditions play a significant role in the Bulldogs' culture, with the "Calling the Dawgs" chant being one of the most iconic, where fans bark in unison to rally the team. This is often accompanied by the playing of "Glory, Glory" by the Redcoat Marching Band during key moments of the game. Another cherished tradition is the ringing of the Chapel Bell on North Campus after victories. Last but not least, before each home game, Uga, the live English bulldog mascot, leads the team onto the field, a tradition that has been in place since 1956.
