Colorado Buffaloes Depth Chart
The Colorado Buffaloes football program represents the University of Colorado Boulder in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). Colorado's football tradition dates back to 1890, making it one of the oldest programs in college football. In 2024, the Buffaloes returned to the Big 12, having previously played in the conference from 1996 to 2010 before moving to the Pac-12 for the last 13 years.
Colorado plays their home games at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colorado, a stadium known for its breathtaking views of the Flatirons. The team's colors are silver, black, and gold. Their mascot is Ralphie, a live buffalo that leads the team onto the field at the beginning of each half, a tradition that began in 1966. Ralphie is also accompanied by a costumed mascot named Chip, who has won multiple national mascot championships.
