Ball State Cardinals Depth Chart

The Ball State Cardinals football team represents Ball State University and competes in the NCAA Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). They have been a part of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) since 1968. The Cardinals play their home games at Scheumann Stadium, located in Muncie, Indiana.
The stadium, which opened in 1967, underwent significant renovations in 2007 and is affectionately known as "The Scheu", both a play on the name and its .22,500-seat horseshoe-shaped structure.
The team's colors are cardinal red and white, and their mascot is Charlie Cardinal, a beloved figure at games and campus events. One of the most notable traditions at Ball State football games is the "Chirp" chant and hand signal, where fans form their hands into a bird's beak, move them up and down, and mimic the sound of cardinals.
The Cardinals have had several influential games, including their 2008 regular-season finale against Western Michigan, which secured their first undefeated regular season in program history.
