Lauren Allen, girlfriend of Alabama wide receiver Cole Adams, is creating a buzz on social media. Recently, she took to Instagram to post several photos.
The pictures showed Lauren displayed her in a black and gold bikini. Her post shows the classic feel of a fun but exhausting Vegas vacation, with her post getting a lot of attention from friends and fans on Instagram.

While Allen is relaxing in Vegas, her boyfriend is gearing up for an important season. Cole Adams is ready to be an important part of the 2025 college football season for Alabama after a major injury that ended his 2024 season
He is back to full health and is already making headlines as football fall camp starts. Adams’s performance will have a large role in the team’s season success.

He is certainly looking for a breakout year after suffering a serious lower body injury in October 2024. The injury occurred during a game against Missouri, which ended up short circuiting his 2024 season.
He completed the season with 6 receptions for 94 yards. Adams was also Alabama’s main punt returner. He made 11 returns for 58 yards and had 15 yards in a single kickoff return.

Cole Adams has always been open about his connection to Lauren Allen. The Alabama star has shared several posts featuring her on his Instagram account. He clearly shows that she is a key piece of his life beyond the field.
