    Alabama’s star wide receiver Ryan Williams’ NCAA tournament bracket is full of surprises. The 18-year-old Crimson Tide receiver picked No. 2 Alabama to win it all, meeting two-time defending champion UConn in the championship game.

    Ryan Williams picks Alabama to win March Madness

    Williams showed his Crimson Tide bias, picking the No. 2 seed to win the NCAA tournament in his March Madness bracket.

    The Alabama wide receiver had No. 1 Houston and No. 2 Alabama face off in the Final Four on one side of the bracket, with No. 8 UConn and No. 9 Creighton meeting up on the other side.

    Williams picked a plethora of upsets, picking against the Crimson Tide’s rivals Auburn, Tennessee, and Georgia in the first round. He picked No. 16 Alabama State. to take down the No. 1 overall seed Tigers in what would be just the third 16 over a 1 upset in tournament history.

    He also picked No. 15 seeds Wofford and Bryant to take down No. 2 seeds Tennessee and Michigan State.

    Williams picked only two No. 1 seeds to make the Elite Eight, eliminating No. 1 Florida in the second round to UConn. His South Region was full of upsets, with No. 14 Lipscomb taking down No. 3 Iowa State, No. 13 Yale in the Sweet 16 and No. 7 Marquette making the Elite Eight.

    In the West Region, Williams picked No. 11 Drake to make a run to the Sweet 16, and in the Midwest Region, he picked No. 11 Texas and No. 12 McNeese to make first-round upsets.

    The Crimson Tide receiver picked No. 10 Vanderbilt to take down No. 7 St. Mary’s, setting up Alabama for revenge over the Commodores after Vanderbilt’s upset of the team in football this season.

    The rest of Alabama’s path to the title consisted of No. 6 BYU in the Sweet 16 and No. 1 Duke in the Elite Eight.
