College basketball fans are in for a treat, as the schedule for the Players Era Festival 2025 this November has now been leaked. The event will feature three days of college basketball action, from Nov. 24-26. There will be a total of 18 basketball games during the first two days of the event, with nine games on each day.
On Nov. 24, Tennessee will open the event against Rutgers at 1 PM, followed by Baylor vs Creighton, Kansas vs. Notre Dame, St. John’s vs. Iowa State, Houston vs. Syracuse, Oregon vs. Auburn, Alabama vs. Gonzaga and Michigan vs. San Diego State. Maryland vs. UNLV will close out day one at midnight.
On day two, Nov. 25, Rutgers will once again open the day, this time against Notre Dame. This will be followed respectively by Iowa vs. Creighton, Kansas vs. Syracuse, St. John’s vs. Baylor, Houston vs. Tennessee, Michigan vs. Auburn, Gonzaga vs Maryland and Oregon vs San Diego. UNLV will once again close the day out, this time against Alabama.

There will be a massive prize for the teams that participate in the event, with each team already being guaranteed $1 million in NIL money. The winners for each game will also get an additional $1 million prize.
The games will be held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena and Michelob Ultra Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, which explains why local school UNLV is closing out both day one and day two.
The 2025 Players Era has been marketed as “November Mania”, and it will also feature a four-team tournament for women’s basketball on Nov. 26 and 27. The four participating WBB teams are Duke, South Carolina, Texas and UCLA, with three of those teams coming off their final four appearances.
Teams That Go 2-0 Will Have the Chance To Go To the Championship Round
Teams participating in the 2025 Players Era have an additional incentive to win, as those who go 2-0 over the first two days will get the chance to move on to the championship round on day three, Nov. 26. However, only two teams will get to move on.
Because there is a high chance that more than two teams will go 2-0 after day two, the ones moving on to the championship round will be determined by several tie-breaking factors, such as point differential, total points scored and points allowed.
