With the women’s NCAA tournament Final Four right around the corner, No. 1 seeds South Carolina, UCLA, and Texas and No. 2 seed UConn have congregated in Tampa, Florida for Friday’s tipoff.

At Tuesday’s Final Four media day, players and coaches were met by the press, including official NCAA social media teams, with some players asked to draw their team’s mascots.

NCAA Women’s Final Four Mascots Drawn by the Players

The video, posted on the official women’s NCAA March Madness social media pages, showed players from all four teams trying to draw their mascots.

South Carolina’s star forward Joyce Edwards tried her best, but ultimately her rendition of the Gamecocks’ mascot “Cocky” was rather lackluster. Gamecocks guard Tessa Johnson followed her, issuing herself a challenge.

“Okay, now I have to beat Joyce,” Johnson said.

She was a little more impressed with her own work.

“That looks good!” Johnson said.

For UConn, the dynamic duo of guards KK Arnold and Kaitlyn Chen teamed up to draw the famous Husky.

“That one ate,” Arnold said of Chen’s drawing.

Arnold then tried her own but was less than impressed with her work, erasing it immediately upon completion. Superstar guard Paige Bueckers then got in on the action, trying her best to draw Jonathan the Husky.

“That’s all I got,” Bueckers said. “I’m no Picasso.”UCLA brought out guard Kiki Rice and forward Timea Gardner to try their luck with drawing Joe Bruin. From the side, forward Angela Dugalic chimed in.

“I already knew you were a terrible drawer,” Dugalic told Rice. “But I love you for it.” Gardiner’s attempt wasn’t much better, depicting UCLA’s famed bear mascot with his arms up.
