Kayla Nicole recently posted a strong three-word take on Instagram about Las Vegas Aces star A’ja Wilson winning her fourth WNBA MVP.
In an Instagram story, Nicole reposted a graphic detailing Wilson’s amazing career achievements, and added her enthusiastic caption while tagging the WNBA star directly. She wrote:
“@aja22wilson GOAT status hunny.”
Nicole’s post highlighted A’ja Wilson’s illustrious career achievements at the mere age of 29. The list includes four MVPs, two championships, a Finals MVP, three Defensive Player of the Year awards, seven All-Star appearances, and Rookie of the Year.
It is the fourth time Wilson has won the MVP award, making her the first WNBA player to earn the honor. She dominated the season and lead the league in scoring at an impressive 23.4 points per game.

Wilson was awarded the Co-Defensive Player of the Year honor as well. She was a formidable player anchoring the Aces on both sides of the ball. She facilitated the team to the second seed in the playoffs, ultimately cementing her as the league’s MVP.

Kayla Nicole on Mental Health and Boundaries Amidst Travis Kelce’s Engagement
While Kayla Nicole celebrates A’ja Wilson’s success, she is being scrutinized after intense public interest. Many of the scrutiny is coming from her big-name ex, Travis Kelce. The Kansas City Chiefs star got engaged to Taylor Swift in August 2025.
Kelce and Nicole dated on and off from 2017 to 2022. Since the engagement announcement though, Nicole has been on the receiving end of a lot of scrutiny, ill talk, and comparisons to Swift, which she has addressed publicly, whilst talking about mental health. She has also encouraged her followers to create boundaries and protect themselves from the negativity online.

Kayla Nicole’s previous comments imply issues related to money arose in their relationship, yet neither her nor Kelce have publicly confirmed that rumor.
