6 Weeks After Plastic Surgery, Hanna Cavinder Gives Fans an Update on Progress: “We Can Finally Golf”

    An ex-Miami Hurricanes basketball star, Hanna Cavinder, provided an exciting update to her followers that it has been six weeks since she and twin sister Haley underwent breast augmentation surgery. The social media influencer gave the news during her “Get Ready With Me” video with her mother.

    “I’m going to do a little life update. I am six weeks post my surgery because Haley and I got our boobies done, If you guys are new here,” Hanna announced to her audience.

    “absolutely so happy with the results,” she stated.

    Hanna shared that she had undergone the Motiva implant procedure and expressed her happiness with the outcome and added that working out was now possible as well.

    “We are back golfing, baby. The best decision and anybody that is questioning getting the ribos or not, I would highly recommend it because it has completely changed my confidence,” said Hanna.

    “Six weeks and we can finally golf. So I am working on my game and me and my mom are going golfing tomorrow,” she further elaborated.

    The recovery milestone represents a significant step forward for both sisters. Hanna revealed they’ve now received medical clearance to resume physical activities that were previously off-limits during their healing process.

    Social Media Drives Cavinder Twins’ Post-Basketball Success

    The Cavinder twins shared the surgery news in July 2025 with their entire social media community, including their 4.6 million TikTok followers.

    Hanna and Haley also announced they were retiring from competitive basketball, officially ending successful careers at both Fresno State and Miami.

    “We finished our basketball careers and focused [on] our business and brand,” Hanna said in March.

    Since walking away from basketball, the twins have turned their focus to business and building a new influencer empire. Their business includes partnerships with major brands like Under Armour, Costa Coffee, and WWE. In August 2025, the twins led a campaign for Under Armour and Dick’s Sporting Goods that took a new angle from traditional basketball marketing campaigns.

    The twins have shown evidence of monetizing their social media channels successfully, as it has landed them lucrative NIL deals and brand campaigns.
