Paige Bueckers is now part of the elite Forbes 30 Under 30 list, which further strengthens her legacy, paving the way for her as a professional athlete. In what many may consider a phenomenal rookie season, Bueckers finished the season averaging 19.2 points, 5.4 assists, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.6 steals while making 1.1 threes on 47.7 per cent shooting from the field. She also became the 2025 WNBA Rookie of the Year and had finished her college career, winning the elusive NCAA championship in her senior year.
Now, she joins the elite list alongside other young sports stars such as fellow WNBA colleague Aliyah Boston, tennis star Coco Gauff, softball phenomenon NiJaree Canady, and Dennis Rodman’s daughter, Trinity Rodman. Forbes has been publishing their 30 Under 30 list since 2011 and has so far selected 600 Americans to make it into the same. The women sports stars named in this list have shown enough resilience to portray a bright future ahead in creating a legacy beyond.

Coco Gauff, the 21-year-old tennis star, is a two-time Grand Slam champion and is the world’s highest-paid female athlete. During the 2024 Paris Olympics, she co-hoisted the United States national flag alongside LeBron James and became one of the youngest American athletes to receive such an honor.
NiJaree Canady, a 22-year-old softball star, is a two-time First Team All-American and has also led her alma mater, Stanford and Texas Tech, to College World Series Finals thrice. This year, she led Texas Tech to the World Series Finals as well. She was the Softball America and NFCA National Freshman of the Year in 2023 and has also won other accolades, such as USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year and two-time Softball America Pitcher of the Year.
Aaliyah Boston (22) is a three-time WNBA All-Star and was the No.1 pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft. She currently plays for the Indiana Fever and was also selected as the Rookie of the Year in 2023. During her college years, she led South Carolina to an NCAA championship in 2022 and has won several accolades, such as 2x Naismith Defensive Player of the Year and Naismith College Player of the Year in 2022. Besides, she has also made it to the WNBA All-Rookie and All-Defensive Second Teams and has recently won the WNBA Commissioner’s Cup with the Fever in 2025.
Trinity Rodman (23), most famously known for being Bulls legend Dennis Rodman’s daughter, is an aspiring soccer player who is already leaving a huge mark with her impact in the sport. She is a NWSL (National Women’s Soccer League) champion and had signed a then-record $1.1 million NWSL contract with the Washington Spirit. She continues to play in the NWSL and has also helped the United States win a gold medal in soccer at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Paige Bueckers Included in The Upcoming Team USA Training Camp
Caitlin Clark and Paige Bueckers were among the few star names included in the stellar lineup for the upcoming USA national women’s training camp. After missing out on the 2024 Paris Olympics callup, this is the first time Clark’s name has been included in Team USA’s roster list.
Besides, members from the gold-winning team from last year’s Olympics, such as Jackie Young, Brittney Griner, Chelsea Gray, Kelsey Plum, and Kahleah Cooper, have also been included in this list. This training camp, scheduled from 12-14 December, will also mark the senior team debut for Cameron Brink, Veronica Burton, Sonia Citron, Kiki Iriafen, Rickea Jackson, and Angel Reese.
With this, Team USA will look to defend their FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup championship, scheduled from 4 to 13 September in 2026.
