Paige Bueckers and Angel Reese sit at the center of the WNBA’s new wave of star power. Bueckers has already delivered a jolt of energy to the Dallas Wings after arriving as the No. 1 pick in the 2025 draft, while Reese continues to elevate her profile with the Chicago Sky.
Both players anchor massive fanbases, headline marketing campaigns, and consistently push the women’s game forward. Now, with Reese’s teasing a collaboration with Oreo, fans believe the two may appear together in a major national campaign.
There’s no official confirmation, but the possibility alone has ignited excitement. Bueckers and Reese bring different personalities and play styles, yet both have built a strong off-court presence that brands lean toward.
“The official Instagram Paige of Reese,” Reese’s updated IG bio reads, which has sparked the speculations.

Even as a rumor, the idea of them teaming up has taken over social media. Supporters see it as another sign of the WNBA’s commercial rise. Under an Instagram post by Just Women’s Sports on the rumor, several fans shared their excitement.
“This is everything,” a fan wrote.
“My type of content!!” a fan wrote.
“My two favorite 5s,” a fan wrote.
“Yes plz,” a fan wrote.

On top of these reactions, there were several fire emojis in the comment section, perfectly capturing the excitement fans are feeling about the potential collaboration. Two marquee athletes crossing paths in major partnerships, shaping the league’s visibility in ways that mirror top men’s sports, will be another major step in the right direction amid the rise of the WNBA.
Paige Bueckers and Azzi Fudd Reunion Might Not Happen
Fans have also set their hopes on another pairing, the reunion of Paige Bueckers with Azzi Fudd in Dallas. The two were one of the most electrifying duos in college basketball, and with Dallas expected to be near the top of the 2026 draft board again, the storyline gained fast momentum.
Their history, chemistry, and popularity made the possibility feel almost cinematic. Early signs even seemed to support it. Fudd is projected as a top prospect, Dallas needs shooting, and pairing her with Bueckers would instantly give the Wings one of the league’s most marketable backcourts.
But Candace Parker pumped the brakes on that idea. She suggested that Minnesota could be a stronger long-term fit for Fudd, pointing to stability and development rather than a headline-driven reunion.
“I think for Azzi, I would probably love to see her end up with Minnesota…You’re coming into a team that is already really good,” Parker said on POST MOVES. ” Paige is a scoring guard that facilitates and is a great passer, but Olivia is just straight up going to get you in your offense and push pace, hit you with some nice passes.” (From 10:32)
The door isn’t closed, but it’s not the smooth path fans imagined. Fudd could still land in Dallas, yet the league’s dynamics and opinions from respected veterans make the reunion far from guaranteed.
