MiLaysia Fulwiley’s sister, Jayla, is spending her holidays in the best way possible. This year, she is in the Caribbean, soaking up the sun and spending time by the beach on Saint Thomas Island. Jayla uploaded snaps of herself by the beach wearing a turquoise bikini on Instagram, which has surely turned some heads around.

In the caption, she wrote, “if you really gettin money take that girl out the country 😙”. The pictures had some of her friends and family showing her love, including MiLaysia herself. Complimenting her sister, MiLaysia wrote,

Jayla seems to be making the most of this holiday. From the stories that she has been uploading, it seems like she has been hopping some exotic restaurants and soaking up the sun by the beach. On the other hand, Jayla’s sister, MiLaysia Filwiley, has been hoopin’ her best playing college hoops. After transferring to LSU, Fulwiley is averaging 17.7 points, 3.3 rebounds, and 2.7 assists per game. Fulwiley has fully embraced Kim Mulkey’s system and seems to be fitting in well with the Tigers.
Who is MiLaysia Fulwiley’s Dister Jayla?
As per reports, MiLaysia has two sisters, Zyana Mixon and Jayla Fulwiley, along with a brother, Robert McCray V.
Jayla, like her older sister, has pursued basketball and most recently played for the W.J. Keenan High School team. Across 86 games from 2020 to 2025, she averaged 4.4 points, 1.9 rebounds, and 0.3 assists, per MaxPreps. Their other sister, Zyana, works in the cosmetic industry.
Jayla also played a key role in MiLaysia Fulwiley’s early development, often acting as the shot-clock during driveway training sessions. A video titled “Milaysia Fulwiley” by “Bball Mom” on YouTube shows the routine, with Jayla calling out the countdown “Three, two, one, zero” as Fulwiley executed dribbles, spins, and shot attempts, punctuated by the thud of the backboard and the swish of the ball.
