The No. 5-ranked LSU Tigers have had an excellent start to the season. They have won their first five games and look like a national championship contender. They will look to keep their unbeaten streak going for as long as possible.
Conversely, it has not been an easy start to the season for the Alcorn State Lady Braves. They are 2-2 and are expected to have a difficult challenge in front of them against the LSU Tigers.

Looking ahead to this game between LSU and Alcorn State, it is hard not to look at the Tigers as heavy favorites. They have five wins to start the season, and have not won by less than 30 points. Conversely, Alcorn State is 2-2 with losses to Alabama and Nicholls on its record.
We are predicting LSU to win this game in dominant fashion. Do not be surprised if the Tigers win by 40 points or more.

LSU vs. Alcorn Injury Report
The LSU Tigers had a scare in their last game against Tulane. Star Flau’Jae Johnson limped off the court early in the third quarter. Fortunately for the Tigers, her injury was not severe, and she returned later in the quarter. She is expected to be fully healthy against Alcorn State. The team is dealing with no other injuries.
Alcorn State has not publicly announced any injuries.
