The Cavinder twins have a huge online fan base. The former Miami women’s basketball stars grew huge fan bases during their time with the Hurricanes over the past two seasons. Rather than pursue their basketball careers any further, they decided to retire and focus on social media. However, they still put in effort to stay fit.
On Friday, Hanna Cavinder posted an update on her Instagram story about her past health struggles, including an eating disorder, in a fitness update.
“I used to be caught in the mindset of eating as little as possible, thinking that was the “right” way to see results. But it ended up doing more harm than good. Causing my eating disorder, inner health problems, hair loss and I hit a major plateau where I couldn’t see any physical results.”

“Now it’s all about nourishing my body with what it actually needs. I feel leaner while eating more and not approaching everything ‘all or nothing.’ Still not fully there but have made so much progress.”

“Haley and I have been reverse dieting since basketball season ended, and we’re almost back to maintenance before doing a mini cut post-surgery (since movement will be limited for a bit).”

Haley Cavinder Posts a Video Showcasing What She Eats In a Day
The Cavinder twins have started to put a lot of effort into speaking about the importance of having a healthy relationship with food. On Friday, Hanna Cavinder opened up about her struggles with food over the years. Then on Saturday, Haley Cavinder posted a video showcasing what she eats in a day.
In the video, Haley starts her day with Avocado honey toast with some eggs. She then has a beef hot honey bowl later in the day. This is followed by a protein doughnut and a mid-day decaf latte. She then had some French toast bites, which she called her favorite snack.
The video continues with Haley having some BBQ chicken tacos for two. She emphasized that they are high in protein and low in calories. She then had some protein cookie dough to finish up her day of eating.
