Star LSU Forward Displays Killer Swing On Instagram

Louisiana State University basketball star Flau’jae Johnson has another potential skill set that she showcased to her fans on social media. In her Instagram Stories, the forward can be seen teeing up a shot at a golf course’s driving range, dressed casually in a white t-shirt, shorts and a yellow hat to match her clogs.

She takes a graceful and huge swing, connecting for a solid drive of the golf ball before turning to the camera with a casual smile. There’s no audio in the clip, but it’s believed that she was at the course with her boyfriend, LSU wide receiver Chris Hilton Jr.

The two have been an item since last year, going public last Christmas as they posed together in matching plaid pajamas in a photo Johnson posted to Instagram with the caption, “Santa Listened.”

Hilton has also had a prominent role in the rapper’s teaser video for her song “Flau & B,” which was released in March. “All is fair in love & basketball. For me, it’s about pushing limits, embracing the highs & lows, and finding balance between the two. A mix of vulnerability and passion. It’s real, it’s me. This ain’t just R&B. This is Flau & B,” she wrote in the caption of her social media post.

Johnson is set to fulfill her final year with the Tigers’ women’s team under coach Kim Mulkey’s leadership. Hilton, meanwhile, is working to be a formidable weapon for the football team after missing a good part of his sophomore year due to injury.

“For me, it’s probably just trying to stay healthy. That’s been the biggest thing these past couple of years for me. Just staying healthy but also just trying to establish myself. Because being injured, you’re kind of out [of] the way,” he said in a recent interview with Athlon Sports.
