On Wednesday, Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese turned heads with her outfit as she made her debut at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway in Brooklyn, New York.
According to People, Reese became one of the first professional athletes to receive “angel wings.” The forward wore a pink floral lingerie set with a soft pink shawl and rose embellishments. She had white lace wings, a pink cut-out baby tee and strappy silver heels.

Fans draw basketball references while reacting to Reese’s runway debut.
“How many rebounds tho?” one fan asked.
“From rebounds to runways. Iconic move,” said another fan, following up his message with a shooting star emoji.
“Hooper turned supermodel — talk about positionless 😭” another fan wrote.
“Angel Reese flexing on the runway? She’s not just boxin’ out on the court, she’s chillin’ on the catwalk now. From hoops to high fashion, she’s showing the world how to make a grand entrance!” one fan posted.
Some fans trolled the WNBA star for her past comments.
“Wasn’t she complaining about “being sexualized” not too long ago?” another fan commented.

One fan mentioned her rival, Caitlin Clark. The fan said:

Angel Reese Shares Her Feelings After Walking The Runway for Victoria’s Secret
Angel Reese had her moment on Wednesday, and it left her “surreal.” She mentioned that she manifested this moment a year ago.
“I literally could not stop smiling!” Reese said. “It’s such a surreal and full-circle moment — just last year I was in the audience manifesting being on that runway, completely inspired and in awe of all the powerful women walking down the runway, and now I get to return as an Angel. This will be an unforgettable night that I’ll forever be grateful for.”
After becoming the first professional athlete to participate in this show, Reese was “proud and excited.”
“I hope I can inspire women and girls everywhere and remind them that we can dominate in our field but also chase our goals outside of it — and for me, that’s getting to walk down fashion and entertainment’s most iconic runway,” she added.
Reese finally became a Victoria’s Secret Angel, and she said that she prepared for this moment as if she would for any basketball game.
