Shedeur Sanders is heading to the NFL, and his little sister Shelomi couldn’t be more proud.
Shedeur’s draft stock crashed in the 2025 NFL draft. The Colorado quarterback was a projected first-round pick but had to wait until the fifth round to hear his name called. The son of Coach Prime was drafted No. 144 overall by the Cleveland Browns.

Although this outcome likely wasn’t what the Sanders family expected, Shelomi Sanders still expressed her support for her brother on social media. Shelomi didn’t shy away from sharing her feelings about her brother’s draft stock dropping. Before Shedeur was drafted to the Browns, she posted a number of Instagram stories about him. Most notable was a quote by the President of the United States, Donald Trump, questioning why Sanders had yet to be drafted.
When Shedeur was selected by the Browns, Shelomi shared Colorado football’s Instagram post announcing that Shedeur had been drafted to her Instagram story and reacted with emojis.

Shedeur and Shelomi showed their excitement about him being drafted by dancing with their mom on TikTok while Shedeur wore a Browns hat.
