Who Is Chloe Kitts’ Sister? Meet Kylee Kitts, the Rising Freshman Guard for Florida Gators

Chloe Kitts has made a name for herself as a standout forward for South Carolina, but she isn’t the only basketball talent in her family. Her younger sister, Kylee, is beginning her collegiate journey as a freshman guard for Florida.

While Chloe thrives in the frontcourt and has earned gold medals with Team USA at the 2022 U18 FIBA Americas Championship and 2023 U19 FIBA World Cup, Kylee specializes in perimeter play, using her versatility to stretch the floor and create scoring opportunities both inside and out for the Gators.

Meet Kylee Kitts: Chloe Kitts’ Sister and Florida Gators’ Rising Star

Kylee, a 6’4″ guard-forward, has already proven her talent on the court. As a sophomore, she guided Faith Christian Academy to its first-ever Florida High School Athletic Association state championship, contributing 10 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocks in the title game.

During the 2022-23 season, she averaged 13 points, nine rebounds, and two blocks per game before transferring to Hagerty High School. Initially ranked as a top-25 prospect in the 2025 class, she later reclassified to 2024 and committed to Florida.

Gators coach Kelly Finley recruited Kylee for her leadership, basketball IQ, and versatility. Since joining the program, she has made notable strides in strength, speed, and physicality, though her availability for the season remains uncertain due to injury concerns.

Chloe Kitts Shines in NCAA Tournament As South Carolina Faces Duke

Chloe Kitts is embracing her role for South Carolina in the 2025 NCAA Tournament.

“I feel like it’s just clicking,” Kitts told On3. “I mean, I’m just being more confident, and I know (what) my team needs me to do, and I’m gonna try and go out there and do it every night.”

Being the main contributor, the junior forward managed to score 11.6 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists on average in the first three tournament games.

She was able to make the team move forward with the score of 10-0 after making the first 10 points in Friday’s game, which made South Carolina reach the fifth successive Elite Eight. She finished the game having 15 points, 11 rebounds, and one assist.

Next, South Carolina takes on Duke with a Final Four berth on the line. Kitts has performed well against Duke throughout her career, scoring 21 points in their Dec. 5 meeting and 14 points in last season’s matchup.

“I would say she plays her best (against Duke) and she’s been playing her best for a while now,” Te-Hina Paopao said. “I’m just really proud of her and knowing that she’s gonna have a really good game tomorrow. I know that for sure.”

Kitts previously received a technical foul for blowing a kiss to Duke’s Jadyn Donovan, a moment she won’t repeat.

“I just kind of got into that game. “We had got into it and I blew a kiss, but I’m never doing that again,” Kitts said.
