Former Miami basketball stars Hanna and Haley Cavinder are no longer pursuing their basketball dreams. After this past season, they opted to retire and pursue their social media careers full time.
Last week, the Cavinder twins underwent cosmetic surgery on their breasts. Then on Wednesday, they posted a video on Instagram, updating their fans on how they feel about the procedure and how things went.
“We are one week out. We had surgery a week ago. We went to Dr. K in Fort Worth. He’s absolutely amazing and we really wanted a natural look,” Hanna Cavinder said. “We were very specific when we went to have our consultation with him regarding sizing, whether we wanted under or over the muscle. We did go under the muscle. They’re definitely very natural feeling.”

The Cavinder twins continued to talk about their breast implants. Haley spoke about how they did not want to overdo it and instead wanted to look as proportional as possible.
Hanna then talked about how silicone jellybean was the shape they were looking for. They finished up the video by revealing they paid $8000 to $9000 for the surgery and that they are happy with the results thus far.
As per Hanna, they both experienced insecurities about their bodies while working out. So, part of the reason they decided to get surgery was to help them in that area because it was something they could change. However, they emphasized that it is not something they want other girls to think that they have to do.
“We really want to emphasize that this isn’t something you have to get done,” Hanna Cavinder said. “We just wanted to share our experience.”
The Cavinder Twins Star in a New Promotional Video
While the Cavinder twins are no longer playing basketball, they are still using their past as basketball players to get brand deals. On Sunday, Under Armour posted a new promotional video with the Cavinder twins. In the video, they take the viewers through their seven steps of how to be an influencer.
The video starts with the twins making some cheeky comments about how they needed to be great at their sport and build a huge platform to get where they are. The final steps refer to getting signed by Under Armour and starring in the Dick’s Sporting Goods campaign.
