She has one season of eligibility left and has now decided to find a new home.
Missouri Tigers
Since the transfer portal opened, six Missouri players with eligibility remaining have entered the portal, including standout guard Ashton Judd. One more MU player, Tionna Herron, has medically retired from the sport.
Head coach Kellie Harper has been busy filling up spots by securing players like Kentucky guard Saniah Tyler, Cleveland State forward Jordana Reisma, and Illinois State guard Shannon Dowell. Missouri still has five open spots on the roster, and Kubek could be an option.
Texas Longhorns
This year, Vic Schaefer took the Longhorns to the final four of the NCAA tournament for the first time in over two decades. He plans to replicate or surpass that success in the coming season, but he will have to do so without some of the players who took Texas to the final four this year.
Ndjakalenga Mwenentanda, Abbie Boutilier, and Jordana Codio all entered the transfer portal this offseason, while Shay Holle and forward Taylor Jones graduated. Texas has already signed Breya Cunningham and Lovisa Asbrink Hose and could add Kubek to the list, too.
LSU Tigers
Following back-to-back Elite Eight losses for the Tigers, Head Coach Kim Mulkey intends to use the transfer portal to boost her team’s quality. It also doesn’t help that at least five players left Baton Rouge this offseason.
Forwards Sa’Myah Smith, Amani Bartlett, Jersey Wolfenbarger, and Aalyah Del Rosario all entered the transfer portal, and they also lost Aneesah Morrow to the WNBA. LSU is currently short on forwards, and Kubek could be one to consider.

Wisconsin Badgers
The Wisconsin basketball program has seen significant turnover through the transfer portal following a coaching change and a season of struggles, resulting in a number of players leaving to pursue other opportunities.
Notable transfers include star forward Serah Williams, who entered the transfer portal alongside Carter McCray and Ronnie Porter. Kubek could be brought to play a role.
UCLA Bruins
Allie Kubek could be heading to UCLA after forward Janiah Barker entered the transfer portal and has since committed to Tennessee. Barker won the Big Ten Sixth Player of the Year award after averaging 7.4 points, six rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 17.5 minutes as a reserve for UCLA, and they reached their first-ever final four.
