Paige Bueckers has made an instant mark on the league. Her rookie season in the WNBA was one for the dreams but only individually. Despite Dallas Wings’ utter failure of a season, Bueckers was the only silver lining in the dark cloud. Paige Bueckers, coming off a national title season with UConn, was adjudged the Rookie of the Year.
Not only on the court but off it as well, Bueckers was very busy. She attended multiple events, collaborated with different people and was available at numerous sporting events. Her latest venture included a team-up with Angel Reese.
Other than the recent off-court partnership, Paige Bueckers is also set to join some of the biggest names in WNBA, this time playing for the same side. Team USA has called up the best and the brightest players for December’s training camp. This means Paige will reunite with Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese with whom she shared the court a long while ago in U19s and U16s.
“Yeah, I think we’ve been competing for against each other for so long uh these past couple years, whether it be college or last year in the W. Um, and I know I played with a few of them at the at the under 19, 16, 17 level. And we did really well and it was great competing with them for a change instead of against them,” Paige said.
“And I think we all really bring the best out of each other. I think that’s what USA basketball does. It’s just so many amazing athletes and women coming together um for one common goal and I think that’s always brought the best out of each other. So, it’s really fun to be able to share the court and be on the same side uh for a change,” she concluded.

Fans absolutely loved hearing from Paige before the start of the much awaited Team USA workouts. Fans are excited to see scrimmages and watch top players like Angel Reese, Caitlin Clark, JuJu Watkins, Paige Bueckers and more play with each other. On the YouTube video of her interview, fans poured in their reactions.
“Paige is absolutely extraordinary when she is being interviewed. Rarely is there ever a follow up question to one of her answers. She is very direct and very genuine and a pleasure to listen to. She always draws a lot of attention because of her basketball skills and also because of what a wonderful human being she is,” one fan said.
