The 2026 College Football National Championship Game will be held at 8 p.m. ET on Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.
This will mark the second time in recent years that the stadium hosts the sport’s pinnacle event, having previously done so in 2021. That year, the game was played under strict health protocols due to the COVID-19 pandemic, with the stadium operating at just 20% capacity.

The date of the 2027 College Football National Championship Game has also been announced and will be played on Jan. 18, 2027, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
