In an attempt to end their season with some grace, the UCLA Bruins host the Washington Huskies at the Rose Bowl this Saturday at 10:30 pm ET. Both teams are unranked, but the Huskies are clearly doing better than their Californian counterpart, with a record of 7-3 to UCLA’s 3-7.

The game could be an important one for the Huskies, as they try to get the best possible bowl invitation on offer.

    Washington vs. UCLA Injury Report

    Washington Injury Report

    • D. Boston WR Doubtful – Knee
      ( Sat, Nov 22)
    • R. Vines-Bright WR Doubtful – Concussion
      ( Sat, Nov 22)

The Huskies have a pair of injured wide receivers potentially out of today’s encounter against UCLA. Vines-Bright received a big hit during a recent game against the Purdue Boilermakers, and while head coach Jedd Fisch said in a recent press conference that he’s okay and he’s progressing, he has been ruled out for this Saturday as he’s in the concussion protocol.

Denzel Boston has also been ruled out for today. He suffered a knee injury during a punt return a couple of weeks ago against Wisconsin, and while he initially returned to action that day, he missed the game against Purdue.

    UCLA Injury Report

    • N. Iamaleava QB Active – Concussion
      ( Sat, Nov 15)
    • G. DiGiorgio OG Questionable – Undisclosed
      ( Sat, Nov 15)

The Bruins’ biggest worry for today’s game was the absence of quarterback Nico Iamaleava, who skipped last week’s game against Ohio State with a concussion. He has been cleared to play this Saturday against the Washington Huskies, according to the most recent reports.

On the other hand, right guard Garrett DiGiorgio also missed last week’s game following a back injury against Nebraska, and while he’s listed as active by ESPN, other injury reports list him as questionable for today’s game.
