A Class of 2027 prospect, WR Trayvis plays for Effingham County High School in Springfield, Georgia. Currently standing at 5’7″ and weighing 140 pounds, he still has time to develop physically.

Trayvis recently showcased his skills at the OT7 football league hosted by Overtime. Competing against top-rated players, including five-star recruit Ryder Lyons, he delivered a standout performance against the City Reapers, scoring two receiving touchdowns.

His quick footwork, precise route-running, and ability to exploit defensive gaps made him a formidable opponent. After his touchdowns, Trayvis entertained the crowd with two signature dance moves, earning attention from fans and the media. His team, C1N, led by Cam Newton, dominated the matchup with a 34–16 victory.

Despite his age, Trayvis demonstrated maturity in post-game interviews, emphasizing his focus on execution rather than personal accolades.

“My entire focus was on catching the ball,” he stated.

His older brother, Travis, recently discussed Trayvis’s development on “The Travis Hunter Show.”

“I just want him to grow,” Travis said. “It’s about to be his junior year of high school, so he got time to grow. But I want him to grow each year and dominate…I want him to dominate each year, be a better player and be able to be coachable to understand the game more. I want him to continue to grow,” the brother clarified.

Travis also reminisced about his own experience at OT7, where he also played under Cam Newton.

“Playing 7-on-7 was super fun,” he said. “You got to meet a lot of kids, a lot of different guys, and get coached by Cam Newton.

“Being coached by an NFL vet and player and soon-to-be Hall of Famer—I hope so—was super cool, super fun. I was just out there having fun, and you always had the competitive spirit in you because you were always competing year-round.”

His talent, however, is undeniable. In his sophomore season, he posted 497 receiving yards and six touchdowns, per MaxPreps.
