Texas QB Arch Manning Spills Family Secrets With “Cringey” Group Chat Names and Family Member Who Stays Most Active

Arch Manning spilled some secrets about his famous family in an interview on Sunday. Overtime SZN’s Instagram page posted the hilarious exchange with the Texas quarterback, who shared his family’s group chat names and the relative who stays most active on the messaging platforms.

Manning divulged his family’s secrets in the Instagram post, which has already received more than 14,700 likes. He was asked in the opening part of the clip if his family had a group chat.

“I do have a family group chat,” Manning replied. “I have a family group chat with my immediate family. My dad’s side of the family and then my mom’s side of the family.”

The interviewer then asked the 21-year-old the name of his family’s group chats.

“The immediate family is ‘Fam Jam.’ And my dad’s side is ‘The Marvelous Mannings,’ which is really cringey. And then my mom’s side is ‘Heidingsfelder Clan,'” he added.

The Texas Longhorns star was then asked who is the most active in these group chats.

“I would say my brother’s pretty active. Especially on the weekends, when he is up to no good, he gets pretty active on the family group chats,” Manning said.

Eli Manning, on the other hand, led the New York Giants to a pair of Super Bowl title wins over Tom Brady and the New England Patriots.

Who Will Arch Manning Face in Week 1 of the 2025 Season?

After spending two years as Texas’ backup quarterback, Arch Manning will finally be given the keys to the Longhorns’ offense this coming season. Texas‘ new QB1 will face a tough test in his first start this year, with the Longhorns set to face the Ohio State Buckeyes on the road on Aug. 30. This will be Ohio State’s first official game since winning the College Football Playoff national championship game against Notre Dame earlier this year.

Manning started twice for Texas last season in the absence of Quinn Ewers, leading the Longhorns to impressive wins over Mississippi State and Louisiana-Monroe. He threw for 583 yards and four touchdowns in those two victories.
