“Cam Coleman To Texas”: Longhorns Fans Left In Disarray As Arch Manning’s Roommate Announces Transfer Portal Decision

Cam Coleman’s presence in the transfer portal has made him the go-to option for every team struggling at the WR position. Fans of Arch Manning and the Texas Longhorns have now added him to their list.

Texas had one of the strongest rosters on paper at the beginning of the season. They had several ups and downs throughout the season, which exposed some of their biggest flaws. Now, they have a vacant position.

As per ESPN’s Pete Thamel, wide receiver Parker Livingstone has decided to enter the transfer portal.

“Texas wide receiver Parker Livingstone intends to enter the NCAA transfer portal, he tells ESPN. Livingstone finished his redshirt freshman season with 516 yards receiving and six receiving touchdowns,” Thamel reported.

Following the announcement, fans have started coming up with theories around this decision because he was Manning’s number one option and his roommate. There are also some who are already looking at the best possible replacement.

“Cam Coleman to Texas,” a fan wrote.

“Arch roomie…  damn..  must not be feeling cheesy!!!” a fan wrote.

“What lol?  Isn’t he Arch Manning’s best friend, room mate, and #1 target?” a fan wrote.

“where is a better place to be than with arch manning and texas? college football is so soft,” a fan wrote.

“I just don’t understand CFB anymore. I guess there’s a school offering more money and development than Texas???” a fan wrote.

“He started the year strong, but just plateaued when conference play started. Would love to keep him, but he needs to work on getting stronger. Parker would do great at somewhere like SMU, TCU, Baylor, or BYU,” a fan wrote.

The transfer portal opens January 2. It’ll be interesting to hear Livingstone’s thought process behind this, and also what Manning thinks about this decision.

Fans Were Unhappy with Arch Manning and Co.

The Texas Longhorns played the Michigan Wolverines in the Cheez-It Bowl today. The Longhorns had a terrible start, going 3-10 in the first quarter. They were dropping touchdown passes, missing key plays, and it was all showing on the scoreboard.

At one point in the third quarter, the Michigan Wolverines were leading 20-17, and the fans were infuriated. At the time, there was a massive social media uproar from Texas fans about getting rid of Livingstone and Ryan Wingo.

The solution, even then, was Cam Coleman. Auburn’s star wide receiver announced his intention to enter the transfer portal last week. If the Longhorns bring him in, they’ll have a better chance of a successful run next season.
