‘Seattle Got a Great One’ – Terrion Arnold’s Powerful Tribute to Jalen Milroe Amid Behind-the-Scenes Struggles

Terrion Arnold and Jalen Milroe share a strong bond as former teammates at Alabama, where they both played pivotal roles in the Crimson Tide’s success. Their connection goes beyond the field, as Arnold has often spoken about their friendship and mutual support during challenging times.

However, Arnold’s first-round draft selection in 2024 has separated the two best friends since last year. The two friends almost had a chance to play together again if the Lions had picked Milroe. But instead, the Seattle Seahawks chose him in the third round of the 2025 NFL Draft.

Though they may not play together, the most important thing is that after facing many challenges, Milroe finally found a team, and his friend’s heartfelt reaction following his selection was truly special.

But that wasn’t all. In an Instagram post, the Lions’ defensive star shared a heartfelt message following Milroe’s selection. He reflected on the struggles both of them faced to reach this point, highlighting the profound bond they share.

He ended this long note by writing, “My brother, I’m proud of you. Seattle got a great one.” You know what we feel? They’re less like best friends and more like brothers.

Not just from this Instagram post or his reaction after Milroe was selected in the third round, but whenever he talks about him, it never feels like the Lions star is talking about someone else.
