Andrea Preti Married $65M Venus Williams for Money, Famous Love Coach Alleges

Venus Williams married Italian actor Andrea Preti last month. The couple held two ceremonies: one in Italy in September and another in Miami in December.

While the couple has embarked on a new journey, Roxie Nafousi, a famous love coach and host of the show “Rise with Roxie,” weighed in on the Williams-Preti marriage.

Nafousi said Preti was influenced by Williams’ net worth, which is estimated to be around $65 million by Celebrity Net Worth.

She’s literally 100 times richer than him. Not only that, she’s 45 and also 8 years older than him. And get this, he has had a history of dating older, richer women, like actress Claudia Durini, 16 years older than him. As a love coach, here’s my take,” Roxie said.

“Venus got to her mid-40s, she got sick and tired of being single, and spotted a male model at a fashion show. She was hot for him, so she went for it. She dated like a successful guy would, she wanted some fun. And for him, Venus was the most successful girl he could ever land,” she added.

So he proposed in 6 months of dating, before she could get away. They were married within a year. She said yes, because he is easy on the eyes, and willing to serve a queen. Plus, she was diagnosed with adenomyoma, and needed a baby daddy while she’s still fertile. This cougar dynamic could totally work,” Roxie concluded.

The couple met at a Fashion Show in 2024, after which they started dating.

Venus Williams Recalled Her First Time Meeting With Andrea Preti

In an exclusive interview with Vogue last month, Williams reflected on her first meeting with Preti at the backend of Milan Fashion Week in 2024. She said:

“We met at the Gucci show. I was in Lake Como on a sisters’ trip when I got an invite at the last minute and decided to go on a whim, and Andrea was tired. Neither of us was planning on being there.”

Williams also reflected on how quickly they started texting each other and that she even invited Preti to a family breakfast in London. The 45-year-old American said Preti helped her connect with a credible doctor after she was diagnosed with Adenomyoma.

“It was so early in our relationship, but we were going through a lot, and he supported me. Thankfully, I froze my eggs a while ago. I had surgery a month after Andrea and I met. It was crazy, but that’s how we met,” Williams said.

Meanwhile, Williams has received a wildcard for the 2026 Australian Open. This will be her maiden Grand Slam since getting married.
