    The University of Tennessee’s Big Orange Caravan is gearing up for a multi-stop tour across the Volunteer State this spring.

    Announced on Tuesday, the event will feature Athletics Director Danny White, football coach Josh Heupel, men’s basketball coach Rick Barnes, and women’s basketball coach Kim Caldwell. Vols fans will have a chance to meet these key figures in 2025 as the tour makes its way to three major cities.

    Big Orange Caravan Schedule and Ticket Information

    The Big Orange Caravan will stop in three cities over three days. The event will be hosted by Mike Keith, the new “Voice of the Vols,” and will feature appearances from Tennessee athletics’ most prominent names. The schedule is as follows:

    April 29 – Memphis

    • Venue: Botanic Garden, Hardin Hall

    • Meet & Greet: 5:30-6:15 p.m.
    • Program Begins: 6:15 p.m.
    • Tickets: $30 plus taxes and fees

    April 30 – Nashville

    • Venue: Geodis Park—Transcard Premier Club
    • Address: 501 Benton Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203
    • Doors Open: 5 p.m.
    • Meet & Greet: 5:30-6:15 p.m.
    • Program Begins: 6:15 p.m.
    • Tickets: $30 plus taxes and fees

    May 1 – Kingsport

    • Venue: Meadowview Convention Center
    • Address: 1901 Meadowview Parkway, Kingsport, TN 37660
    • Doors Open: 5 p.m.
    • Meet & Greet: 5:30-6:15 p.m.
    • Program Begins: 6:15 p.m.
    • Tickets: $30 plus taxes and fees

    The tour will begin in Memphis, travel east to Nashville, and conclude in Kingsport. In past years, the event was spread out over a longer period, but in 2025, all stops will occur within three days.

    Knoxville and Future Events

    A Knoxville appearance is planned for the fall, with details to be announced later. Future Big Orange Caravan tours will rotate locations, with Chattanooga scheduled as a stop in 2026 instead of Memphis.

    Tickets for each stop are priced at $30 (excluding taxes and fees) and include light food options. Additionally, $5 from each ticket sold will go toward the local UT Alumni chapter’s scholarship endowment, while $10 will support UT’s My All Campaign.
