Rylan Moffitt is the daughter of Shauna Jordan and Bernard Moffitt. Her brother, Trevor Moffitt, played inside linebacker for the Appalachian State football team in 2023.
During the 2024-25 campaign, Moffitt led the App State team with an average of 4.6 rebounds per game and was a leading presence in blocks. She was the top rebounder for the Mountaineers in 10 games.
Moffitt was a consistent starter, beginning 31 out of 32 games in her sophomore season (2023-24), where she also led the team in rebounding for five consecutive games.
