The full Tennessee 2024 football schedule showcases just where the Vols will travel and which opponents head to Knoxville next fall.

The Tennessee Volunteers are looking to rebound and potentially make an SEC Championship Game appearance next fall as the conference welcomes in Texas and Oklahoma all the same.

Do the Vols have to travel to Austin or Norman? Who else do they play, and where are the marquee questions on the Tennessee 2024 football schedule.

Heading into the 2024 season with a fresh slate and a new quarterback, the Volunteers have to travel to a couple of difficult road games. They’ll go to Athens to play against Georiga, a team vying for their third-straight National Championship in 2023.

Tennessee also has to go to new conference opponent Oklahoma. The last time the Vols went to Norman, Oklahoma beat Tennessee, 34-10, in 2014. They previously hadn’t played one another since 1968 and have only squared off four times in their history.

They kicks things off with a tune-up game against Murray State and then play a neutral site game against NC State in the Duke’s Mayo Classic. Tennessee is no stranger to playing ACC opponents at a middle ground and will get the chance to handle the SEC’s business against their conference rival early in the year yet again.

Kentucky, Florida, and Mississippi State all have to venture to Neyland in 2024.

For the first time since 1991, the SEC will not feature divisions in the conference. The top two teams will square off at the end of the year in the SEC Championship Game to culminate the season. With Oklahoma and Texas in the conference this season, the 2024 campaign truly means more.
