Their hug showcased the strong bond that remains between the former Longhorns star and the Sarkisian family. Loreal posted a clip of their moment on her Instagram story with the caption:
“Son son.”
Robinson, who played at Texas from 2020 to 2022, was one of the brightest talents under Sarkisian’s leadership before declaring for the NFL Draft. His explosive performances and dynamic playmaking ability made him one of the most talked-about prospects of his class.
In 2023, Robinson was selected by the Falcons with the eighth overall pick in the first round, marking the start of his professional journey. For Loreal, who has been a prominent supporter of Longhorns athletes throughout her husband’s tenure, reconnecting with Robinson after the matchup carried special meaning.

Bijan Robinson wasted no time making his mark in Atlanta’s season opener against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. On just his second touch of the game, he turned a short checkdown into a 50-yard touchdown, flashing the explosiveness that made him a top-10 pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
The rookie shined most in the passing game, finishing with six catches for 100 yards and a touchdown. By the early stages of the fourth quarter, his receiving output pushed him past 1,000 career yards, a mark he reached in only 35 games, the quickest pace by any Falcons running back in franchise history.
