It would seem as though not everyone inside the Belichick family is on board with all the drama surrounding Bill Belichick and his public relationship with Jordon Hudson.
The 73-year-old Belichick’s romantic relationship with Hudson, nearly 50 years his junior, has raised plenty of eyebrows around the sports world, with the latest fuss coming after a recent interview with CBS Sunday Morning.
Hudson was reportedly interrupting the dialogue when the coach was answering questions to correct him or prevent him answering. When Belichick was asked how he met Hudson, she cut in and shut it down. A move which has now drawn criticism for the general public.

Steve Belichick’s Wife Sparks Drama With Social Media Post About Jordon Hudson
Bill Belichick’s daughter-in-law Jennifer Schmitt lashed out at his girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, over her role in the awkward CBS interview. Schmitt is married to Bill’s son, Steve, who is the defensive coordinator at the University of North Carolina.

Former New England Patriots players Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski defended Hudson in the April 30 episode of their Dudes on Dudes podcast. Comedian Nikki Glaser supported the former athletes’ remarks in a comment under a clip from the show that was shared to Instagram, claiming Jordon is acting as the coach’s publicist.
“Publicists act in a professional manner and don’t ‘storm’ off set delaying an interview,” Schmitt wrote.
Bill has since defended the actions of his girlfriend, saying she interrupted the interview to “refocus” the discussion on his new book, “The Art of Winning: Lessons From My Life in Football.
“I agreed to speak with ‘CBS Sunday Morning’ to promote my new book, ‘The Art of Winning: Lessons from My Life in Football.’ Prior to this interview, I clearly communicated with my publicist at Simon & Schuster that any promotional interviews I participated in would agree to focus solely on the contents of the book,” Belichick said.
“Unfortunately, that expectation was not honored during the interview. I was surprised when unrelated topics were introduced, and I repeatedly expressed to the reporter, Tony Dokoupil, and the producers that I preferred to keep the conversation centered on the book.”

Belichick went on to explain that Hudson’s outburst came “after this occurred several times,” so she spoke out to “reiterate that point to help refocus the discussion.”
