Saints RB Alvin Kamara Welcomes Buccaneers UDFA Shilo Sanders to the NFL in Hilarious Viral Clip

Former Colorado starting cornerback Shilo Sanders was not drafted by a team in the 2025 NFL Draft, but he eventually signed as an undrafted free agent with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. After joining the Bucs, he and New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara had a viral moment together.

Shilo Sanders Delivers “Cold Truth” to Saints RB Alvin Kamara in Friendly Exchange

The moment between both players was great because of the humor and brutal honesty that it contained. Shilo Sanders went in for the handshake with Alvin Kamara, but the rookie faked him out and pretended to push him back.

Sanders is scheduled to face off against Kamara and the division rival Saints twice this year, and he claims he’s going to shut down the Pro Bowl running back.

“My guy…I’m gonna have to do it to you,” Sanders told Kamara.

Kamara is about to enter his ninth NFL season and is one of the best players in the organization’s history. He is both the team’s all-time leading rusher and the all-time leader in scrimmage yards.

The former Tennessee star has over 11,000 scrimmage yards and 86 total touchdowns in his career, and he isn’t even 30 yet.

On the other hand, Sanders is a 25-year-old undrafted rookie entering the league. His father has coached him wherever he has been. Now, despite not being selected in the draft, he has his chance to make his mark in the league.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Todd Bowles is one of the best defensive minds in football, and Sanders could benefit from his leadership.

Plenty of eyes will be on him, albeit because of his last name, as he looks to earn a roster spot this summer in Tampa Bay. If he fails to do just that, it will be interesting to see where his up-and-down football career goes next.
