Sherrone Moore Wife: Is Ex-Michigan HC Married

Former Michigan Wolverines coach Sherrone Moore may be experiencing one of the darkest times of his life, given that he was fired on Wednesday, December 10. Out of nowhere, the Wolverines announced through their social media pages and established news outlets that they have dismissed Moore from his role at the helm of the Michigan-based collegiate football program.

The reasoning for Moore’s firing stems from the first-year tactician’s alleged inappropriate relationship with a staff member from the University of Michigan. This was confirmed by the Wolverines’ director of athletics, Warde Manuel, in the team’s official statement. With this, Moore will no longer spearhead the team come the 2026 season.

Quite a few fans wondered whether Sherrone Moore is married. As it stands, Moore has been married to Kelli since 2015, and together, they have three children, all daughters. Reports indicate that Sherrone Moore married Kelli Moore during his days as the tight end coach for the Central Michigan Chippewas a decade ago.

This means that Sherrone Moore and Kelli Moore have been together for 10 years already, though there has been no report thus far of what the future of their relationship will look like after the recent scandal surfaced. What has been confirmed is that Moore, as already mentioned, will no longer serve as the head coach of the Wolverines. His contract, along with this case, is being reviewed with the chance of his $13,897,916 buyout being voided as he was fired midway.
