Shedeur Sanders is slowly but surely acclimating himself to Cleveland, and he even held a special event at a local KFC. He gave away some free meals and streamed it on Twitch, as well as manned that branch’s Drive-Thru window and interacted with fans. However, one fan certainly amused him.
The Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback, who is about to enter training camp soon, met with a fan who asked to meet his elder brother, Deion Sanders Jr.
Shedeur could only comment and admit that his brother would certainly get an ego boost with that interaction.
“I want junior,” the fan told Shedeur.
“Okay! Aight! We gonna get this to him, for sure,” Shedeur told the fan.
“Ai, I’m gonna say this, I ain’t gonna lie. That’s lit. None of us had a girl pull up and say put me on him,” Shedeur told the camera as soon as the fan left. “He definitely gained aura with that, for sure.”
Shedeur Sanders took part with his brothers Shilo and Deion Jr. in the Deion Sanders KFC Giveaway and had each of them hand out 250 free KFC in the cities that they were playing or living in. While Shedeur was in Cleveland, Shilo, who was drafted by the Buccaneers, had his own KFC giveaway at Tampa. Meanwhile, Deion Jr., who the fan asked for, was manning a local KFC at Dallas.
The Browns quarterback used this opportunity to also get to know his new community, as did brother Shilo, as fans showed up to not just meet them, but also get some chicken. This happened as Shedeur visited local schools and youth football camps all over the Cleveland area.

Shedeur Sanders Has Now Reported To Cleveland Browns Training Camp
With the challenge now over and Deion Sanders not declaring a winner to that KFC challenge yet, Shedeur Sanders has now reported to the Cleveland Browns training camp ahead of his rivals for the starting quarterback position. He and fellow rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel have reportedly already begun training days ahead of two other rivals for the position, veterans Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett, who are scheduled to arrive on Tuesday.
Deshaun Watson is also in the mix, but the recently-married QB is expected to miss another season due to injury. This means that the starting position will be up for grans between Sanders, Gabriel, Flacco and Pickett.
Shedeur Sanders defended Flacco from his own fans earlier during his KFC stream, especially with fans wanting him to take that starter position over Flacco.
