Russell Wilson is no stranger to game-winning throws, but this time, the New York Giants quarterback might just be aiming straight for baby number five with wife Ciara. Just hours after the U.S. Open spotlight, Wilson shifted the focus to his own home, leaving fans buzzing over his bold plan to expand their family.
The exchange happened in the most 2025 way possible on Instagram as Wilson swept in with the idea over Ciara’s fiery new single Low promotion. The 39-year-old star posted about the new launch with the caption:
“Slim waist pretty face get behind me 💃😏”, Wilson jumped in with a play call of his own. Dropping heart emojis, he teased, “❤️this Global Hit with #LOW ..Then Cinco… sounds like a plan. Agree? @Ciara.”

“Cinco” is the name Wilson has long pitched for their potential fifth child since last fall. The quarterback even joked about nursery wallpaper options months ago, showing that this is more than just casual talk, making it a carefully mapped-out game plan for him.

Ciara, who balances music stardom, business ventures, and motherhood to four children, including baby Amora, born in December 2023, has responded with humor but firm boundaries.
For Wilson, though, 2025 seems fitting. Linking the release of Low to his baby pitch, he’s set one unique condition, which means Ciara’s song becomes the global hit he knows it will be, and then comes baby “Cinco.”

Russell Wilson and Ciara Take a Moment with Novak Djokovic
Russell Wilson and Ciara turned heads at the 2025 US Open even without their usual celebrity presence. The New York Giants quarterback and his superstar wife shared a heartwarming moment with tennis legend Novak Djokovic, sharing photos on Instagram.
The post showed Djokovic signing a tennis ball for their son, Future, and posing alongside the couple.
The QB expressed his gratitude with an enthusiastic caption thanking the Serbian great, writing:
“NOVAK!!! Thanks for being the BEST! @djokernole We LOVED watching you train @USOpen up close! Future will remember this moment forever! Best Times Together! @Ciara”

At 38, Djokovic is seeking his 25th singles title and a fifth US Open crown. He has powered through the early rounds, including a Round of 16 victory over Jan-Lennard Struff, and now faces American Taylor Fritz in the quarterfinals.
For Wilson, the trip to New York’s tennis spectacle comes months after the 10-time Pro Bowler, who signed a one-year $10.5 million deal with the Giants in March, is preparing for his debut season opener on Sept. 7 against the Washington Commanders.
