Model and TV host Camille Kostek‘s Instagram account is filled with a lot of shots of her in a swimsuit. The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, who happens to be dating NFL great Rob Gronkowski, showed off her latest one, which is a black two-piece bikini which she had been hiding under her clothes.
Kostek also showed off a red one-piece she wore, along with her boyfriend, Rob, whom she had been dating since 2015.
Before her modelling and TV hosting career, Camille Kostek was an athlete herself, playing lacrosse for the Eastern Connecticut State University. She then became an NFL cheerleader for the New England Patriots while still attending the school, and this was when she met Rob Gronkowski.
Kostek soon went into hosting and serving as a sports correspondent for various leagues, including the NFL. She also covered red carpet events before finally becoming not just a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model, she has also partnered with several big name brands, such as Victoria’s Secret. Not only that, but she also appeared in several TV ads such as ones for Nissan and New Balance.
Despite dating for over 10 years already, Kostek and Gronkowski have never been married, though they did briefly split up in 2017, only to get back together again. In a 2022 interview with PEOPLE magazine, however, Kostek noted that she would be “excited” should Gronkowski actually propose to her.
Camille Kostek Admits to Getting ‘Hazed’ When Rob Gronkowski Asked for Her Phone Number
In the NFL, relationships between players and cheerleaders are looked down upon. However, that did not stop Rob Gronkowski to try and date then-Patriots cheerleader Camille Kostek.
In an interview with PEOPLE Magazine, she noted that relationships between players and cheerleaders were “off limits,” noting that while the players do not get in trouble, the cheerleaders do, and they often get kicked off the team. She then told the story of how Gronkowski tried to win her over.
“At the time, I was literally hiding. I had just gone through a really bad breakup about a month or two before, and I went to this charity event. And Rob kept looking at me. I kept looking at him, and I was like, ‘He probably looks at everybody.’ And then his number got slipped to me through Jermaine Wiggins,” she explained.
“I refused to write my number because I was so scared of getting kicked off the team and someone finding out. I was doing the appearance with my captain at the time, and I was thinking, ‘This is a setup, like, I think I’m being hazed right now. There’s no way this is real,'” she added.
The two eventually started dating, with Kostek leaving the Patriots cheer squad to pursue her TV and modelling career.
