5 Best Oregon Football Uniform Designs

    The Oregon Duck

These uniforms, worn during the 2018 season, caught the attention of the nation — whether they were liked or not. It’s a simple design idea, with the white helmet, green jersey with yellow lining, and white pants topped off with orange cleats and socks.

It was a direct attempt to emulate a duck with a football jersey, a brilliant idea, and, objectively, it’s not as bad as one would think. Combined with the idea, these jerseys make the cut for creativity and the way Oregon pulled them off.

    Fighting Ducks All White

The all white look was foreign to the Ducks prior to them donning these in the 2015 season. It’s the definition of a “clean” look, as the white jumps off the screen. The white helmet — with black being the only color of the duck on the helmet — jersey and pants were a tremendous style.

The yellow trim around the number and logo on the shoulder was a nice touch, creating even more “pop” to the style.

    National Title Game

Worn on the national stage during the 2011 national championship game against the Auburn Tigers, the Ducks looked fly in these uniforms. The silver helmet, matching silver pants, and silver feathers on the sleeves — it doesn’t get much better than that.

Once again, the yellow trim around the numbers and with socks and accessories brings the bright yellow “O” on the helmet all together, completing one of the best uniform combos in Duck history.

    Bright Yellow

Worn in an iconic game against the Michigan State Spartans in 2014, the bright yellow jersey with the reflective silver helmet was a jersey combo for the ages in college football. It’s simple but grabs your attention right away. Oregon would be wise to pull this one out of the archives in the seasons ahead.

    2014 Civil War

One of the greatest, most memorable jersey combos was this one donned by Marcus Mariota in his final regular-season game for the Ducks. There’s not too much to it but it also grabs the eye, similar to the all-yellow look but giving off a more classier look.

The bright green with the yellow accessories matching the helmet — no one wore it better than Mariota as he diced up the Oregon State Beavers for six total touchdowns with this masterpiece of a jersey combo.
