Along with Purdue, the skilled ball carrier also held offers from Cincinnati, Colorado State, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan State, Minnesota, Missouri, Pitt, Tennessee, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and others.

According to 247Sports, Wright is Michigan’s No. 12 player and the No. 40 running back of the cycle. Overall, he is ranked No. 712 in the 2026 class.
