    Top 5 Transfer Prospects

    1. Brendan Sorsby, Quarterback

Sorsby is ranked as the No. 1 prospect, according to 247 Sports. He was pretty good for Cincinnati, leading them to a CFP ranking earlier in the season. He ranked second in the Big 12 in passing rating. Another bonus with Sorsby is that he can move well. This season, he grabbed nine touchdowns on the ground.

    2. DJ Lagway, Quarterback

Lagway is by far the most-watched player on the portal. His exit from Florida shocked many. Can he fix the turnover problem, though? That is what teams will be looking at when considering Lagway. It could go either way. If he does fix it though, Lagway could be the best in the league.

    3. Dylan Raiola, Quarterback

Raiola is more of a mixed bag. Despite showing flashes of potential, he never seems to be able to get over the hump. This year, a broken fibula cut his season short. His accuracy is improving, and a team with an offensive line would certainly be a good fit for Raiola. The only issue now would be to take a chance on him with his injury.

    4. Mateen Ibirogba, Defensive Linemen

Ibirogba is one of those players you won’t find every day. He still has one more year of eligibility and was fantastic for Wake Forest this year. He had 21 tackles last year and should be a great addition to any team.

    5. Omarion Miller, Wide Receiver

Miller will end up being the latest Colorado recruit who just didn’t work out. Despite the offensive problems, Miller had a good year. He was able to grab eight touchdowns to go with 808 receiving yards. Not to mention, this Colorado team didn’t know who was playing quarterback for the majority of the season. Miller should have some big-name schools knocking on his door.

    Bottom Line

All coaches will have to adapt if they want to win. The game is changing, and the portal this year couldn’t be more important. There is simply too much talent up for grabs for teams not to be reaching out.
